GonzHub is a sole proprietorship (enkeltmandsvirksomhed) registered in Denmark, CVR 46717627. We operate https://GonzHub.com.

These terms apply to use of the website, paid meeting bookings, and package orders. Mandatory consumer rights under Danish law still apply where you are a consumer, even if a sentence below is narrower.

You may browse the site, use published tools, and contact us through the channels we provide. You must not disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, or use it for unlawful activity.

Package prices are in DKK. The meeting fee is in USD. The amount you pay is the amount shown on the Nexi Checkout page before you confirm payment. We do not add Danish VAT (moms) unless the checkout page says that VAT is included.

Lille, Mellem and Stor are fixed package prices. Webshop is a from-price: checkout charges the starting amount, and a higher price is only binding when we confirm it. Add-ons are not included in the checkout amount. Their price is agreed separately.

Card details are entered on Nexi Checkout (Nets Easy), not on GonzHub. A payment is only completed when Nexi confirms it.

A meeting booking is a request for a consultation of about 15–30 minutes. You submit your name, email, topic, preferred date and time, and an optional message.

When payment is required, the meeting fee is 10 USD. The booking is not confirmed until payment succeeds and we confirm the final time by email or another agreed channel. The date and time you pick are requests, not a guaranteed slot.

• Fee: 10 USD when payment is enabled.
• Length: about 15–30 minutes.
• Weekdays, 09:00–17:00 Danish time (CET/CEST).

Lille (2,999 DKK), Mellem (5,000 DKK), Stor (10,000 DKK) and Webshop (from 25,000 DKK) are orders for a website. Before payment you tell us your name, email, optional company and website, timeline, any add-ons, and a project description. Add-ons do not change the amount charged at checkout.

We use that information to deliver and to contact you. A package order does not start until payment succeeds. Work outside the paid package, including selected add-ons, starts only when the extra price is agreed.

Delivery time starts when payment succeeds and we have the content and access we need from you. These are estimates, not fixed deadlines:

• Small website, 1–2 pages: 3–4 days.
• Medium website, 3–5 pages: about 2 weeks.
• Large website and webshop: 3–5 weeks. A webshop can take longer when the scope is bigger.

If you are a consumer in Denmark or the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. The period starts the day the contract is made.

Tell us clearly before the 14 days end, for example by email to Contact@GonzHub.com. You do not have to give a reason. If you have paid, we refund the same payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal.

If you ask us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you may have to pay for the part we have already delivered. If the service is fully performed within the 14 days, and you asked us to start and accepted that you lose the right of withdrawal once it is fully performed, the right of withdrawal ends at that point.

A conversation on GonzHub is not a contract for a larger project. Scope, timeline, and price for work outside a paid meeting or package are agreed separately in writing.

Content on this site belongs to GonzHub unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. Rights in work we deliver to you follow the written agreement for that job.

The site and tools are provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party tools and external links are outside our control.

Contact Contact@GonzHub.com first so we can try to solve the issue. Consumers can then complain to Nævnenes Hus (www.naevneneshus.dk) when the complaint body covers the purchase.
