GonzHub, a sole proprietorship (enkeltmandsvirksomhed) in Denmark (CVR 46717627), is the data controller for personal data submitted through https://GonzHub.com.

We collect data you send us, and limited technical data needed to run the site.

• Meeting bookings: name, email, topic, preferred date and time, and message.
• Package orders: name, email, optional company and current website, project type, page count, timeline, selected add-ons, and project description.
• Payment data: payment ID, amount, currency, and payment status from Nexi Checkout. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and similar data in host logs when you load the site.

We use personal data to take bookings and orders, deliver what you paid for, and keep the site secure.

• Handling meeting bookings and package orders, including follow-up.
• Starting and checking payments through Nexi Checkout (Nets Easy).
• Sending an internal notice to our team, for example a Discord message when a payment is confirmed.
• Security, fraud prevention, and fixing errors.
• Keeping accounting records where the law requires it.

Contract (Article 6(1)(b)) for bookings, package orders, and payments. Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) for accounting records. Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for security, logs, and internal delivery notices. We do not use your data for advertising.

We do not sell personal data. These providers process data for us:

• Nexi Checkout (Nets Easy) for payments.
• Netlify for hosting the site and serverless functions.
• Discord, when a webhook is configured, for internal notices about paid bookings and orders.
• Mailjet for the order confirmation and receipt sent to your email after payment.
• Your email provider and ours when we write to each other.

Nexi processes payments under its own terms, including in the EU. Netlify, Discord, and Mailjet may process data in the United States or another country outside the EU. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses, as described in that provider’s privacy terms.

We keep booking and order correspondence until the matter is finished and any follow-up is done. Invoices and payment records that are accounting material are kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

Host logs are kept only for security and troubleshooting, and for no longer than 12 months.

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

The site uses HTTPS. Access to booking and order data is limited. Card details are handled by Nexi and are not stored on GonzHub servers.
